However, if due to any reason or under any circumstance, if a client is dissatisfied with our services and would like to request a refund and cancel their project with us, we, at Gemini Digital Agency, offer easy and reliable Refund and Cancellation Policies.
Our clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund and also the company reserve the right to cancel the project at any time if it seems to be not viable to be continued. However, Before canceling any project, the company will discuss any applicable refunds with the client.
While claiming the refunds for the cancelled project, the company reserves the right to deduct the necessary amounts and thereafter the refunded amount will be paid to the client. Cancellation of our website related and digital marketing services must be made at least prior to 14 business days. Cancellation of service renewals for website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least 14 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
In case of the online payment cancellations done against the payments made using the Credit card, the refund amount after deducting the cancellation charges as applicable will be credited back to the same credit card used while paying for the project within 4 to 5 working days from the date of cancellation and if it was through Net banking then the refund amount will be credited back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days.
